Position: PM with Fleet Management Location: Alpharetta, GeorgiaDescription: Fleet Enablement Lead required to ensure value is defined and delivered against the goals of the Morgan Stanley Enterprise Computing (EC) Fleet. The role is within the EC fleet, working for the Managing Director & Distinguished Engineer Fleet lead, comprised ?200 engineers and working closely with Site Reliability Engineering counterparts who together make up the squads within the fleet.We are on a journey to Cloud, so the role is to ensure the Fleet is delivering on that journey.Primary responsibilities:-Supports the Fleet Lead in defining the Fleet's purpose, scope and business KPIs, including their alignment to organization's overall business strategy.- Helps Fleet Lead coordinate resourcing with Product Owners and Chapters Leads.- Drives vertical alignment between Fleet purpose and backlog and Squad missions and backlogs.- Facilitates resolution of cross Squad dependencies and issues as Fleet Lead delegate.- Tracks Fleet and Squad level KPI performance and value realization.- Assists the Fleet Lead to communicate Fleet progress to key stakeholders.- Tracks ongoing adherence to remediation of identified risks and management of risk acceptances and annual plant hygiene commitments.Skills RequiredSelf-motivated Agile professional with an interest in delivering technological solutions to enable enterprise value.Experience scoping, developing and prioritizing plans for strategic pieces of workHighly developed oral and written communication skillsStrong influencing skills to achieve alignment up and down the organizationProven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft dataExperience in executing business change including key stakeholder managementA solid understanding of mechanisms to track and communicate performance and value realization on investmentAbility to identify, monitor and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, and agree appropriate responsesCommitment to the organization?s new way of working through greater collaboration and breaking down of siloesSkills PreferredExperience with Agile practicesKnowledge and experience working with various technology platforms Thanks and RegardsMoumita
