- Act as the primary Power Platform subject matter expert on client engagements to solve their current business needs while positioning them for future solutions.
- Drive Power Platform implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy.
- Collaborate with members of the development and architecture teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting deadlines and budgetary constraints
- Participate as an active member of discovery workshops, requirements gathering discussions, documentation development and business development pre-sales sessions
- Accountable for solution lifecycle, including functional / technical design – solution architecture, develop value case for buy vs make decisions – integration of third-party off-the-shelf software, develops / integrates / tests / builds quality solutions, and retires services per agreed upon roadmap.
- Support team in the ability to operate in both waterfall and agile delivery approaches.
- Map user journeys, user experience (UX), user stories (user features) to facilitate employee experience (EX) / customer experience (CX) transformation.
- Serve as an expert on licensing; and create financial plans and ROI models that explain the cost implications of adopting the Power Platform.
- Work with the development team to define specifications for customizations and custom code.
- Support multiple Scrum teams with planning, scoping, and creating technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are being adhered to.
- Contribute to continuously improving the Power Platform practice through the creation of best practices, templates, and demos.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant discipline
- 10+ years of experience in the IT Industry, 5+ years of experience building with Power Platform, D365 & M365
- Must have Design and Architecture exp in M365/Power Platform solutions using Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Dataverse, Cloud Flows, Power BI
- Hands-on experience working with multiple data sources including Dataverse (CDS), SQL/Azure SQL, SharePoint, and other connectors
- Experience deploying and maintaining the Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE)
- Managed COE for Power Platform / M365 with governance, policy definition, process creation & license management
- Experience in establishing Citizen Development at enterprises
- Excellent Leadership & Communication Skills
- Passionate about Power Platform and its potential to move organizations forward
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and experience deploying solutions, managing release pipelines, branching strategies
- Power Platform advanced certifications
