As part of our expansion, we are seeking a talented and motivated Contracted Presentation Specialist to join our team.Position Overview:We are looking for a Contracted Presentation Specialist who will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging presentations that effectively communicate our clients' messages. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, proficiency in presentation software, and a strong attention to detail. This role requires creativity, collaboration, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand presentation objectives and requirements.

Design and develop custom PowerPoint presentations that align with client branding and messaging guidelines.

Create visually appealing slides, graphics, and animations to enhance presentations and engage audiences.

Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, audio clips, and interactive features as needed.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in content, formatting, and design across all slides.

Provide guidance and recommendations on presentation best practices to clients and team members.

Review and revise presentations based on feedback and make necessary updates as required.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience as a Presentation Specialist or Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation software, with advanced skills in graphic design and layout.

Creative mindset with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and compelling visual presentations.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

Experience working in an agency or marketing environment is a plus.
