Seeking an experienced Application engineer to work with the Renesas Memory Interface Validation and Apps team on state-of-the-art products such as RCD and data buffers.  This is a position with high visibility and high growth potential. Duties/Responsibilities Support product development life cycle from conception to production release. This involves interfacing with multiple functional teams including Design Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality Assurance, and other engineering groups. Achieve thorough and methodic understanding of requirements and challenges from the application environment. Continuously expand detailed knowledge of Renesas Memory Interface product offerings. Work with customers to help them achieve their goals and solve problems. Write application notes and other documentation for external customers and partners, as well as for internal company users. Develop solutions to help maximize performance of Renesas products in the user application environment. Participate in the development of new product specifications to help ensure Renesas products will remain competitive in the field. Design and debug hardware and software for lab validation and qualification purposes.
