with great clients. And we are united as Builders. What You'll Do As an

Experience Design Architect, you will work in a collaborative team

environment to design and deliver world-class innovative products. With

your breadth and depth of domain expertise, you'll evaluate multiple

approaches to solve problems and act as a velocity multiplier while

actively working to mentor and coach other team members. You will

leverage your communication skills to describe the benefits of your

design and drive the combined Slalom and client team to a shared

understanding. You are experienced at breaking down complex design tasks

and will be responsible for timely, quality completion of items assigned

to you, ensuring that they support the product solution you are

designing. You'll drive not only the visual design of a product but

also its functionality and purpose. During product discoveries you will

facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and lead other

activities to define features and interaction models of a specific

product. Travel may be required on a limited basis dependent on your

client engagement or internal meetings/events. What You'll Bring As an

Experience Design Architect, you will work in a collaborative team

environment to design and deliver world-class innovative products. With

your breadth and depth of domain expertise, you'll evaluate multiple

approaches to solve problems and act as a velocity multiplier while

actively working to mentor and coach other team members. You will

collaborate across multiple capabilities and teams to design and deliver

Agile-based projects. Leveraging your self-management, presence, and

leadership, you will guide your customer in solving complex business

problems through research and design, showing your ability to

communicate with clients on a business level and translate their needs

into design solutions. In order to meet these expectations, you will

need to possess: Proficiency in modern product design software

(Sketch, Figma, InVision, Zeplin, Adobe XD, etc.) Understanding of

user research and product validation Experience in workshop

facilitation to drive insights Experience a scrum-based delivery

processes A portfolio demonstrating breadth, creativity, process, and

innovation across multiple technologies such as web, native, voice,
