Who we are

HII - Mission Technologies is currently looking for a high-energy, problem-solving Product Manager willing to take on several critical project to advance the Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) provision of solutions to Air Force and DoD actionable intelligence needs. This person will manage assigned projects from reception of requirements to completion of testing and delivery to internal and/or external SPO end users. Projects may vary in size and complexity. Requires ability to work with disparate groups and integrate related actions and inputs to achieve successful outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with and across the multi-disciplined program team to provide test planning and implementation.
  • Coordinate extensively with both internal and external program stakeholders to plan and execute test working groups, planning meetings, Working Integrated Product Teams (WIPT), Milestone reviews, test events, and data reviews.
  • Track and coordinate with program staff on oversight of weekly in progress reviews (IPR) and risk reviews.
  • Track event elements and deliverables ensuring their timely completion relative to prescribed deadlines.

What you need to have:

  • 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
  • Prior government or military experience.
  • Experience directly managing complex technical projects and or programs.
  • Understands budget practices and acquisitions shop with the organizations or has relationships with people who do.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in AFLCMC SPO functions and processes.
