- Assisting the product manager to understand business requirements and delivering features through the product roadmap around a kiosk-related product
- Developing new requirements and specifications as requested
- Adhering to Security and quality standards, developing test plans, and overseeing unit testing and pilots as required
- Ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Understanding business requirements and putting them into detailed writing with mock ups, use cases, and user stories
- Working with the Product Manager to evaluate the product roadmap to identify features for development and identify "definition of done" for each feature
- Partnering closely with product, business and IT leaders across relevant business units to define optimal product solutions and digital customer experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a product owner or business analyst
- Experience working with small / medium-sized organizations
- Experience working on time critical deliverables using the Agile Methodology (Scrum and Kanban is a plus)
- Understanding of APIs or mobile apps from a Product Owner standpoint is a plus
