Responsibilities for this position include:Ensure compliance with Company RSM/QCM.  Must be aware of ISO/AS9100 quality requirements.Create detailed production schedules for a specific product line.Ensure bill of material (BOM) items are ordered and monitored to ensure on-time delivery.Prioritize orders based on customer due date requirements and process capacity.Analyze, monitor product line capacity and make recommendations on expansion/efficiency to ensure adequate capacity to support workload.Provide timely feedback to customer service delivery dates changes.Work with the supervisors on production goals dailyAttend daily production meeting listing requirements for all shifts.Monitor/report on WIP status.Estimate ship & production quantities by product type each month, monitor and report on progress.Material Expedite as needed and OSP (outside processing) Management.Maintain and promote 'One Chromalloy' Core Values.Maintain and promote 5S standards in the work area.Adhere to and promote Company health, safety, and environmental policies while performing job duties.Adhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethics Standards.
