Job Description: 20+ years of solid program management experience with hands on design, development and maintenance of large, complex IT programs preferably in Cloud migrations and transformation programs.Responsible for managing multi-year program with multiple/cross functional work streams from planning, requirements definition through sustainment phases.Identify and classify program risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.Ability to work with stakeholder to ensure that the program is functioning as designed and SLAs are met.Ability to find the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems.Ability to define engineering practices and continuous improvements.Experience collaborating and guiding team in an onsite offshore model.Excellent articulation skills, problem solving skills and ability to take quick decisions collaborating with teams.Experience in working in a very dynamic and high pressure environment.Technically worked in Oracle On-prem and Cloud / Google Cloud Platform. Implementation experience in various cloud migrations or transformation programs.Extensive Project Management Experience in Oracle/Google Cloud Platform Implementations & migrationsSubject Matter Expert (SME) in Financial Integration (O2C, P2P and R2R), Close cycle optimization, Application Rationalization, Data Integration for automated reconciliation and management, Oracle Cloud EPM- ePBCS, FCCS & EDMCS, Oracle Cloud Financials(ERP) & Oracle Cloud Fusion FinancialsBusiness and IT Transformation Strategy & PlanningManagement ReportingFinancial Consolidation and Close ProcessOracle Data Integrator(ODI)Experience in change control process, CI/CD pipeline and managing deployments.Working experience in Agile/devops methodology preferably in scrum
