- Leading strategy for technology reporting and delivery tools, to drive high quality, automation and continuous improvement
- Managing highly complex, cross-functional Technology programs that drive strategic business initiatives, which may include overall program budgeting, program objectives, planning and execution of the program, operations management and program reporting
- Driving execution and strategy of the Technology program, which spans across multiple functional areas, large BU's, regions or the enterprise
- Defining program controls and governance - processes, procedures, reporting and policies - to manage the overall program
- Ensuring Technology program deliverables align to the program's desired outcome and supports business initiatives and strategies
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business or related technical field
- PMP, Agile or Scrum certification preferred
- 10+ years technology delivery experience (project/program/portfolio management)
- Experience working for a global consulting firm is highly preferred
- Deep experience leading and/or establishing PMO processes and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels
- Proven experience with strategic planning, project prioritization and reporting in a highly-matrixed environment
