- Required 15+ years of experience.
- Primary skill as Oracle BPEL Process Manager.
- Having at least 5 years of experience in project/program management
- Need rock solid profile considering multiple stakeholders management, communication, Risk management & scope control. Onsite & offshore co-ordination. Managing 2 contract (separate) with 2 customers (IHG and Oracle Hospitality).
- Integration experience or any experience in Hotel domain will have advantage.
- Excellent client interfacing skills, working with IT and well as business stakeholders and writing weekly report and other progement management artifact, progress tracking.
- Able to coordinate with offshore team Conduct regular project status meetings with customer and provide necessary status report to various stakeholders
- Able to identify project risks and prepare mitigation plan and ensure timely issue resolution Good to have domain knowledge in Hospitality Management
