- 5-7 years’ experience as a project manager leading complex projects simultaneously across the business.
- Experience running multiple Agile scrum teams is highly desired.
- Experience in the financial services sector with working experience in M&A and Wealth Management projects preferred.
- High level of expertise with Microsoft Office (including MS Project).
- Excellent communication, facilitation and organizational skills.
- Team player with demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues and to influence key project decisions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization in both technical and business areas successfully.
