Description We are offering an opportunity to join our team in the retail industry based in Atlanta, Georgia, as a Project Manager. The role encompasses managing active projects and new requests across all channels, coordinating with various business areas, and ensuring project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. The successful candidate will be expected to interpret creative and strategic briefs, identify process improvement areas, and coordinate with cross-disciplinary team members.Responsibilities: Support the Marketing team in managing active projects and the pipeline of new requests across all channels. Work closely with several functional areas of the business as well as the creative team to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Evaluate briefs and requests, plan resources, establish project timelines and workflows, and communicate project plan updates. Monitor and ensure the proper execution of project plans. Develop a solid understanding of channel needs to properly inform creative execution as needed. Ensure incoming requests have adequate information and specifications needed to plan and manage the project. Track and escalate projects that are at risk of missing deadlines, working with stakeholders to set revised schedules. Problem-solve to ensure smooth project process and resolve schedule conflicts. Run internal status and resourcing meetings, learning details of available resources autonomously in between meetings. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to stakeholders about progress, adjustments, and roadblocks. Manage and report on creative resource needs for specific focus areas. Requirements Candidate must have proficiency in using CRM systems and databases. Strong customer service skills are essential for this role. Ability to manage and deliver project deliverables on time. Experience in brand marketing and corporate marketing is required. Knowledge of Adobe Workfront is necessary. Familiarity with creative services is a plus. Proven experience in project management within the retail industry is essential.
