Project Manager / Design Consultant

We're Eckard's Flooring, a 50+ year old family business looking for a residential sales project manager.

We meet customers in our shop, discuss project needs & wants, generate plans & prices, run crews to facilitate the designs & get paid baby paid. You need to be:

-Easily relatable. We service everyone & value in store experience as much as quality of project outcome.

-Able to convey detailed information to clients as well as installation crews.

-Able to discuss style & interior design in a meaningful way. You DON'T have to be an interior designer.

-Be able to juggle multiple balls while wearing multiple hats.

-Fit in with our work family. "Vibe" and quality of life for my staff is paramount.

-Have a driver's license.
