- Assesses contract documents and pricing review
- Understands, tracks, and drives completion of all contractual deliverables
- Plans and updates project execution owning project planning documents: schedule, master budget, forecast, and invoice schedules
- Maintains control of scope, schedule, and costs
- Manages Change Requests/Change Orders
- Coordinates customer Change Control/Deployment Planning
- Executes project communication plan including internal and customer kickoffs, design reviews, planning meetings, status meetings, reporting
- Leads risk management and issue tracking
- Monitors and manages project process with a mindset of process improvement and team performance improvement
- Administers subcontracts and buyouts
- Coordinates spare parts, training, and project documentation
- Assists with managing the creation and execution of commissioning plans, acceptance testing, site/go-live support, and customer sign-offs
- Manages project close-out which includes turnover to Customer Service and final payments
- Travels onsite for Kickoff, Testing support, and Go-live support
- Partners across professional services, offering management, engineering, and material handling equipment teams to deliver integrated projects
- Develops strong relationship with customer driving to maintain complete trust/confidence and to exceed expectations
- Coordinates hybrid of Agile/Scrum/Kanban and Waterfall software development lifecycle and technical implementation activities
- Develops technical knowledge of company software platforms, products, user interfaces, and architecture
- Takes initiative to get ahead of problems and develop solutions
- Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned such as internal strategic initiatives - Scrum master experience, Microservices
- Software (IT) PM for backlog project execution for Professional Services.
- Material Handling, Supplier Chain experience is helpful
