Property Maintenance and repairs

I have rental properties in Savannah and the surrounding areas and am looking for local hands on the ground.

I am looking for someone to verify vacancy and prepare the properties for the next tenants.

This will include resecuring the doors, removing debris left behind, and miscellaneous repairs to make the house rent ready.

All work completed will require before during and after photos. A smart phone is required.
