Description We are seeking an experienced Purchasing and Customer Service Specialist for a Conyers, GA based client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, invoicing, purchasing, dispatching, and inventory management within a service-based industry such as HVAC, electric, garage doors, or appliances.Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of office operations including invoicing, purchase orders, receivers, and customer accounts.

Coordinate with the General Manager to schedule jobs and allocate resources efficiently.

Handle inventory management, product ordering, and receiving, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Ensure all jobs are invoiced accurately and promptly, tracking products used and costs incurred.

Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups as needed.

Utilize our Pricebook software to manage inventory, pricing, and product information effectively.

Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.

Train and onboard new team members as needed, ensuring they understand processes and procedures.

Monitor office supplies and equipment, making recommendations for procurement or maintenance.

Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making and improve operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in office management, invoicing, purchasing, and dispatching within a service-based industry.

Strong knowledge of inventory management, purchase orders, receivers, and customer account management.

Proficiency in using Pricebook software or similar tools for managing inventory and pricing.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Familiarity with HVAC, electric, garage doors, or appliances industry practices and terminology is a plus.

We are looking for a person with:Strong customer service skills – 3 years office experienced REQUIRED.Service Titan Software experience is a huge benefit! Previous dispatch or scheduling experience – preferred but not required.Requirements:Attention to detail and well organized.Invoicing experience. Experience with purchase orders, receivers, inventory, sales orders, purchasing inventory, and managing customer accounts a plus.Excellent communication and phone skills.Efficient with Outlook; Word; and Excel is required. Strong accurate typing skills.The ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.Self Motivated.Energetic, fun, and friendly personality.TeamplayerMust be within 30 mile radius of Conyers, GAMust be able to pass Back Ground Check and Drug Test and basic typing test.Personal transportation, Valid Driver’s License required.Job Type: This is an 8 am to 5 pm shift. Monday-Friday.
