Ledgent Technology in Atlanta is actively looking for a QA Performance Manager/Lead for a Contract/Contract-to-Hire opportunity out of the north Fulton area!
Candidates MUST be located in the metro Atlanta area and be okay working in a hybrid role (In-office 3 days/week and remote 2 days/week)What you will be doing: Leading a team of 6-7 other Performance Testers/Engineers Installing and maintaining test environment for a large deployment initiative Responsible for testing load, scalability / capacity, networks and infrastructure Analyze CTQ's for customer requirements, Test Cases Design, Test execution, Test Report generatin, Test Environment Configurations/Maintenance, Test Data Setup and implementation of cross-channel features. Expertise in Work Load Design, Defect Management & Configuration Management. Generate Performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis., Publish results. Prepare detail status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues. Examine and evaluate performance criteria and standards compliance to ensure that new and amended systems, together with any interfaces, perform as specified. Identifying memory leakage, connection issues & bottlenecks in all Layers i.e. Server, Network, DB, Application etc. Utilize performance and monitoring tools, analyzing results, resolving performance related issues, including optimization and tuning.What you bring to the table: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field and 5-10 years of Performance test experience or master's degree in related field and 5+ years of engineering experience required Experience with Agile Methodology Experience with one or more cloud providers Experience in workload design, defect management, and configuration management Experience testing web services for functionality, load, and scalability Experience testing HTML5 based user interfaces Experience working with Oracle SQL Developer and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Experience with DDL and DML statements in Oracle and SQL Server Experience identifying memory leakage, connection issues & bottlenecks in all Layers i.e. Server, Network, DB, Application etc. Experience working with advanced security initiatives We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
