NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Quality Analyst for one of our clients. Details: Quality Analyst Duration: 6 month contract Location: 100% remote Openings: 9 positions Job Description: This role will be responsible for development, maintenance and execution of manual / automation scripts for Contact Center applications. Quality engineer will be responsible for all phases of functional and automation testing. This person should be able to manage multiple testing requirements simultaneously and coordinates with other teams to ensure deadlines are met and application quality and performance meets standards before production implementation. Must Haves:

  • Contact Center Services experience, knowledge of Cyara, or IVR (Must Have)
  • QA Experience
  • Experience with manual and automated testing
  • Experience working with scrum team and product owner team
  • Test cases / test scripts
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with testing Genesys call routing, CTI custom softphone applications; IVRs validation is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Genesys/Cisco Framework, reporting, routing and multi-channel components
