Sparkling Homes Maintenance LLC specializes in comprehensive property maintenance solutions and proudly partners with some of the largest property management firms across the United States.

We are currently seeking experienced Turn, Rehab, and Remodeling Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in property turns, renovations, and general remodeling projects for both single-family and multi-family rental homes. This role offers the opportunity to work with a steady flow of projects while contributing to the upkeep and improvement of residential properties.

Vendor Payment Policy:

Payment Methods: Direct bank deposit or Zelle (CashApp accepted only for emergency situations).

Payment Schedule: Net 7 payment terms — payments are processed every Friday for all work completed during the previous week.

Materials Purchases: For material costs $50 and above, a phone sale will be arranged prior to purchase.

To be eligible to receive work from Sparkling Homes Maintenance, all prospective vendors must:

Provide a valid Driver’s License (mandatory)

Submit proof of insurance (optional but encouraged)
