is seeking a Regulatory Services Manager for its Talisman Division.
Location is flexible. The Regulatory Services Manager will be
responsible for managing a team of regulatory professionals who provide
executive consulting, licensing, emergency planning, compliance,
decommissioning, due diligence and litigation supportResponsibilities
(including but are not limited to):Leadership - Demonstrate both subject
matter and personnel leadership, driving resolution to customer issues,
while facilitating growth and development of staff.Client Service -
Maintain external client relationships, resolve conflicts and concerns
with client, and develop client relationships to be consultant of
choice.Business Development - Support ENERCON's Business Development
team, support marketing efforts by preparing and delivering capabilities
presentations to external clients and contribute through individual
efforts and client contacts to future growth goals. Contribute to
proposals by prepping scope and estimating consulting hours.Personnel
Management - Perform day to day staff management, perform annual
reviews, promote the career and technical growth of staff. Recruit,
interview and hire staff. Develop performance improvement plans for
staff as required. At a project level, hold weekly meetings with direct
reports to ensure the maintenance of schedules, budgets, and excellent
quality of deliverables.Technical Experience - Possess licensing and
regulatory expertise in the nuclear industry, including 10 CFR Part 30,
10 CFR Part 50, 10 CFR Part 52 and 10 CFR Part 70. Must be capable of
developing licensing strategies for customers that is consistent with
applicable guidance and provides an efficient licensing plan that
minimizes, to the extent possible, regulatory risk.Team Development -
Identify and develop future leaders of the organization.Contribute to
Business Goals - Contribute to the goals of the business by meeting
budgeted billable time for self and staff.Required Qualifications/
skills:B.S. in EngineeringMinimum 10 years of experience in nuclear
licensing and regulatory affairsExcellent organizational, time
managment, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making
and presentation skills.Strong coordination and team building skills;
demonstrated ability to work across disciplines, departments and teams.
Ability to assess and understand team strengths and weaknesses and
adjust level of support / oversignt as appropriateAbility to motivate
team members and achieve goals through a positive, winning attitude and
effective leadership style which is consistent wtih ENERCON's Defining
Excellence fundamentalsAbility to be an individual contributor and work
effectively in teamsAbility to travel between 15-25% of the time with
majority of travel being single overnight trips to clients or ENERCON
offices.Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol

motor vehicle record (MVR) according to company and client
