Release Train Engineer - SAPWe are looking for a strong RTE who can communicate and deliver work on complex multi team projects-in total there are 10 Scrum Teams in this space. You will need to have experience with SAFe agile and you will be supporting the SAP/Application Development group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage scope, requirements, timeline, cost, quality, human resources, communications and integration
  • Identify and manage risks / issues and development of mitigation plans
  • Lead meetings for status reporting, scheduling, requirements, resource assignments and deliverables
  • Maintain document control and track project activities and team communications
  • Prepare project reports and dashboards as required by the management team
  • Ensure project repository is built and maintained
  • Develop and review project status with project team and create weekly reports
  • Manage outsourced teams (off-site) including vendor engagements
  • Develop and publish communications to project teams, management and project stakeholders
  • Provide guidance on process and deliverables to the project team
  • Lead project teams in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes
This is a 12+ month contract position that will auto-renew. You will be in a hybrid environment 2 days a week in office and 3 days remote.This is a great opportunity to work within an enterprise environment, flexible work hours, and great work life balance. REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • 5+ years of SAFe or scaled delivery systems managing large, complex projects with multiple work streams, Scrum of Scrums
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master leading a software development team actively applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory, and knowledge of additional Agile approaches (Scaled Agile, Kanban)
  • 2+ years of SAP experience- preferably, but not exclusive to fixed assets/maintenance
  • Experience managing implementation projects with work efforts shared across multiple 3rd party vendors and/or system integrators
  • SAFe Certification
  • Experience with successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
  • Jira & Jira boards
  • Must have capability to flex across Scrum Master, Project Manager and Program Manager roles when needed
  • No job hoppers (most contracts should be 1 year plus)
  • Excellent communication skills and very consultative

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Jira Align experience is a plus
