Remote Candidate Screener

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Candidate Screener. As a Candidate Screener, you will play a vital role in our hiring process by reviewing and evaluating job applications to identify qualified candidates for further consideration. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that only the most suitable applicants progress to the interview stage, saving valuable time for our hiring managers. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Review and screen incoming job applications to identify qualified candidates

- Assess applicants' qualifications, skills, and experience based on predefined criteria

- Conduct phone screenings to further evaluate candidates' suitability for specific positions

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system

- Provide timely and constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates

- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics as needed

- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
