Remote Customer Service Position

We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via telephone, email, and chat channels. Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat.

2. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

5. Document all customer interactions and transactions in the appropriate systems.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

Windows 10 or 11 PC or laptop with the latest updates and security patches.

Hard-wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

USB headset with noise-canceling microphone for clear audio communication.

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Comfortable with using technology and learning new software applications.

Must be able to pass a background check.
