We are a staffing agency hiring independent contractors to provide customer support for telecommunications clients across the U.S.
Position: Remote Customer Service Representative
Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Pay: \$15–\$20/hr depending on client assignment
Location: U.S. only – work from home
Schedule: Flexible, part-time or full-time options available
Requirements:
Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
Computer or laptop required (tablets/Chromebooks not compatible)
Wired internet connection (Ethernet) required
USB headset with microphone
Quiet work environment
Strong typing and communication skills
Must complete client onboarding and training before being assigned work
