- Review requirements, user stories, and solution designs to ensure the building approach is accurate and build time is accurately estimated
- Led design and development of Salesforce custom solutions comprising work in Apex, Visual Force, Salesforce APIs, Lightning, and data migration
- Guide team on technical solutions and ability to write code as well
- Collaborate proactively with functional users and analysts, to translate business and integration requirements into configurable component designs and solutions
- Proactively implement code review processes and procedures with Salesforce development staff on a weekly/bi-weekly basis
- Implement the CI/CD process using Copado and ensure the development team is following the procedure by implementing checkpoints in the pipeline (including sandbox usage and metadata migration through those sandboxes)
- Demo Salesforce functionality delivered at the end of every sprint end
- Experience in Salesforce Development environments (VS Code, Salesforce Extensions)
- Anypoint Platform Development experience as MuleSoft is highly utilized
- Experience utilizing Copado for migration purposes
- Agile experience with preferred experience in utilizing Rall
- 10+ Years of Salesforce Development Experience
- Developer II Certification
