Requirements

5 years expenses working as a maintenance tech for apartments building or rental properties

Soft plumbing skills which includes minor water leaks , installing plumbing fixtures , punch out handyman work , light electrical work , Basic HVAC repairs , water heater installation and knowledge of basic home improvement repairs. You must have a truck & basic home improvement tools
