Rental Sales Agent Avis – Canton, GA

Position: Full-Time Rental Agent

Location: [ CANTON, GA ]

Hourly Rate: $15.00/hour

Training Rate: $11.00/hour (2 WEEKS- Training period)

Incentives: Commission payouts based on counter product sales

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused team member to join our car rental location. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional rental experience for each customer.

Basic computer and administrative knowledge

Job Responsibilities:

Clean and vacuum vehicles to prepare for rental

Assist customers with vehicle availability, pricing, and bookings

Explain rental and leasing agreements clearly

Complete necessary paperwork with customers

Conduct vehicle walkthroughs, noting damage or special features

Check mileage and inspect for damage upon return

Provide continued service and support for regular business clients

Compensation Details:

Training Period (1 month): $11.00/hour

Post-Training Rate: $14.00/hour

Performance-Based Bonuses: Incentives tied to counter sales productivity

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
