Residential rental houses maintenance

Experienced maintenance person to work with other maintenance men on companies rental houses. Skills preferred are plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry. Having a truck would be helpful but not required. Other than HVAV, most repairs are minor. All work is in Athens close to downtown and uga, No smoking on the job. Text or call.
