Job Description
Perform Water Mitigation Services and/or Fire/Smoke Damage Restoration Services to restore customers properties to their pre-loss condition.
Maintain records of services in job management software.
Foster open communication with team members, property owners, office personnel, company management, and insurance adjustors.
Provide best in class customer service for the homeowners
Ability to work 8a - 5p Monday through Friday with 1 week a month of on-call 24/7 availability (Which doesn't happen much)

Strong history of performance; experience within the industry is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
Possession of a valid driver's license - Strong character and professionalism
