As a Roadway Project Manager, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams on impactful infrastructure projects that enhance connectivity, safety, and sustainability across GeorgiaThis position offers a hybrid work option. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management.Managing projects that involve a combination of the following: quantities/cost estimation, roadway geometrics, staging, drainage, modeling, signing and marking, right-of-way, and erosion and sedimentation control.Providing technical oversight, support, and training to engineersFollowing internal quality control processesPeople management, such as mentoring and supervising lead engineers and junior engineers to support their technical growth and career developmentFostering technical excellence across the business line by sharing expertise, promoting best practices, and supporting continuous learning
