Stand Strong Fencing seeks a highly motivated individual to be the lead Sales Consultant for this Marietta-based fence installation company. Build your future with this scalable sales opportunity: there is no cap on potential compensation. The smarter and harder you work, the more you make.

This role comes with extensive training and support from both the locally owned team as well as the national office. This role will be part of a company-wide sales effort that draws on inbound leads as well as proactive sales outreach including canvassing, networking, referrals, and effective follow-up. Our proven sales training and support will equip this sales consultant with every tool they need to succeed, including sourcing warm leads, proprietary technology, and an organization system to maximize lead flow and closing rates. Vehicle and phone provided upon completion of training. 

Compensation is base + commission and total compensation ranges between $50k to $100k+ per year.

Primary Responsibilities 

 - Organizing, planning, and prioritizing sales calls and appointments. 

- Addressing potential client queries in a timely and professional manner. 

- Confirming and qualifying booked appointments, generating organic leads, and building referral network.

- Providing consultative customer appointments, generating accurate estimates, professionally and comprehensively presenting proposals.

- Developing expertise in product, technical and industry knowledge. 

- Maintaining a thorough understanding of marketplace, competitors, and industry trends. 

- Working with install teams to understand, explain and analyze client requirements. 

- Performing basic record keeping and data entry to ensure proper tracking of sales and client needs/inquiries. 

- Other duties as opportunities allow.

Experience and Education: 

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

- Home service sales experience is a plus

- Skilled in verbal and written communications 

- Polished and professional in demeanor

- Possess a strong work ethic

- Basic computer proficiency

- Ability to work independently 

- Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from subordinates and supervisors

- Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude 

- Must have a valid driver’s license

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

- Regularly walk out in the field knocking on doors and engaging with business owners.

- Stand; walk; sit; twist; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; push; pull; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear.

- Work outside in elements and varying seasons

- Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 100 lbs.

- Must be able to drive a motor vehicle for extended time periods.
