In this role, you will serve as a member of Philips's IGT Commercial Operations team, with focus on providing field support and conducting analytical analysis. You will work closely with sale management team to develop presentations, analyze trends and supporting sales efforts initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations
  • Maintain monthly budget for sales expenses for the entire IGT-D sales organization
  • Support the implementation of the sales compensation plan in collaboration with commercial operation team members
  • Prepare and support preparation of presentations and custom data requests for internal and external meetings
  • Work on ad-hoc analysis as needed including budget management, product performance, expense reporting and so forth
  • Responsible for direct support to the sales organization but not limited to: contracting, invoicing, reporting, supporting sales efforts and coordination of administration tasks

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years' experience with sale support and analytical role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience working and communicating with large sales team and relevant stakeholders
  • Self-starter who loves taking initiative and proactively provide suggestions to streamline and improve processes
