Salesforce Architect Atlanta, GA Long termRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience3+ years of experience on the Salesforce Platform configuration including but not limited to Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, Lightning App Builder8+ years of experience with Salesforce Development including but not limited to APEX, SOQL, and SOSL5-7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce APIs including but not limited to Bulk , SOAP, REST APIs, batch process, Integration Security4+ years of hands-on experience in Lightning Components (AURA and LWC),1+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps or Git source control and CI/CD tools similar to Jenkins.Demonstrable experience with scalable solution development on the Salesforce platform is criticalSalesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect preferred.Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign on, BI reporting, batch processing, etc.Demonstrable experience delivering solutions as part of a global (distributed) teamExperience leading Salesforce developers in all aspects of solution delivery, capacity management, effort allocation and team enablement / trainingA particular desire to continually study new technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologiesAbility to mentor individuals and explain technical decisionsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and be a self-starter
