Summary of This Role Leads the implementation and advocates Enterprise Salesforce requirements by incorporating change management, planning, and maintaining a positive organizational outlook on the overall effort and future vision. Works with the Salesforce team, subject matter experts, users and other Enterprise stakeholders to perform business analysis and conducts employee and customer research to support the program's vision, roadmap, and content presentations. Liaise with various stakeholders to gather, analyze, and propose solutions that optimize processes and performance of Salesforce CRM. Troubleshoot and identify production problems and coordinate the evaluation and implementation of system enhancements Work with Enterprise Sales stakeholders to synthesize customer and stakeholder feedback, identify requirements, appropriately adjust the priority of deliverables and prioritize Enterprise Sales backlog. Responsible for the Agile methodology implementation in the department; understands the development backlog and drives priority through risk, value, learning opportunities and dependencies according to business needs. Create project specification documents such as process flow diagrams, capability maps, business requirements documents etc. Responsible for management and documentation of complex multi-disciplined CRM projects. Lead staff and vendors through engagements, support the development of subject matter expertise, thought leadership and strategic capability by delivering a wide range of customer management solutions Owns the analysis and documentation of complex Business process along with its components (e.g., integration, security, custom development) Leads and facilitates discovery and scoping sessions with stakeholders and document all key business requirements Articulate to business stakeholders the value of recommended solutions and approach Understands business process and potential constraints to define optimal and reasonable project scope and expectations incorporates past experience, business savvy, creative and out-of-the-box thinking in solutions working with ArchitectDemonstrates strong leadership skills in all stages of the software development life cycle by providing guidance and advisory support to the team on implementation approach and complex configuration issues Works with vendors and employees in a distributed Onshore/Offshore model Responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented Conduct Product Demo to various levels in the organization as needed Review solution estimate /Level of Effort & SOW and contribute to SOW, validate estimates to support change orders Coordinates with Technical Architects, integration, and data consultants, and others, as needed, for specific technical design requirements Provides sound recommendations on third-party applications, new tools and technologies Manages expectations with business and IT stakeholders - i.e., be the voice of common sense Establishes solid credibility on behalf of self and with business and IT stakeholders Participate in QA checkpoints during delivery to provide guidance and insure solution aligns with original scope What Are We Looking For in This Role? Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Salesforce (SFDC) Sales and Service clouds with end to end implementation experience Experience soliciting, gathering and analyzing user input and requirements Experience creating wireframe documents with information architecture Experience authoring user stories, definition and related documentation Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks Working knowledge of security concepts such as single sign on and data security (Shield) Hands on experience on Agile framework Maintain certifications and continually explore solution capabilities of the Salesforce ecosystem Bachelor's degree or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Docusign preferred Sales Cloud and Service Cloud consultant certifications
