Salesforce Project Manager Solid project management skills; demonstrating knowledge of multiple PM frameworks (waterfall & Agile) and a strong driver with prior experience leading matrixed, cross-functional teams. Working knowledge /prior experience with complex, large-scale project implementations. Prior experience managing Salesforce implementation.Not a technical hands-on “know how to configure a system” knowledge but they should have sufficient knowledge to understand “what” key activities/tasks are needed to successfully execute a project as they work with the multiple teams to build out plans, understand potential risks, etc. for projects.The skills for the “ideal” PM are:• Solid PMO experience (Salesforce PM experience required)• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in conveying messages and status up the ladder to Executive leadership• Driver personality; understands how and when to react with appropriate sense of urgency• RECENT PM experience (at least 7 years as a PM)• PMP certification (nice to have)• Manufacturing sector (nice to have)
