Salesforce Scrum Master with one of our top clients.

Job Title: Salesforce Scrum Master

Location: Atlanta, GA 30308

Duration: 7 months contract

Job Description:The Scrum Master is expected to be a leader with technology and software development knowledge, knowledgeable about the healthcare domain, an innovator, problems solver and a people person.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive career in IT with at least 4 years in the healthcare domain
  • Should have managed minimum of 2-3 projects (of at least 1 year duration each) in Salesforce in an Agile- Scrum model
  • Must hold a Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM-I
  • Will be highly advantageous: Knowledge of the USA healthcare industry, and experience in implementations of Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing/Commerce/Experience/Health Cloud for various Lines of Businesses such as Payer, Provider, Payvider, Pharmacy, Medicare, Medicaid, Pharmaceutical, MedTech, et al.
  • Excellent Project Management, People Management and Leadership skills in a software Development environment.
  • Must have experience as Project Manager in Agile-Scrum and Waterfall software development methodology.
  • Should have ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have experience of running Sprints and tracking throughput through tools like JIRA, Confluence and JAMA.

Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with the Management teams and all the stakeholders.
  • Managing/running multiple scrums and projects.
  • Responsible for all product/project timelines, and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner as per the defined scope and budget.
  • Creating and implementing best practices policies, standards, and frameworks
  • Ensure coordination between teams for timely delivery.
  • Understand the requirements from the development and delivery team and assist in designing software solutions.
  • Estimate the project and delivery timelines.
  • Identify, monitor, and process tasks through discussion with teams including raising red flags, reporting tasks etc.
  • Ability to detect any blockers and delay in delivery and to take the required action and responsibility. Conduct regular meetings with team leaders and follow up on project status.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced start up like culture where features are rapidly developed and tested, revised and experimented.
  • Streamline the team’s overall performance and delivery.
  • Mentoring, Coaching and nurturing team members
  • Ability to work with teams across the globe.
