  • Identify the key design decisions for Service Issue Management and Account Management and drive design sessions to align program stakeholders
  • Develop high level tech architecture design, based on design decisions
  • Lead multiple technical analysts as they expand on the high-level designs into detailed technical designs aligned to user stories
  • Review and provide coaching / guidance for each of the detailed technical designs
  • Identify design risks, issues and dependencies that will span across scrum teams and across workstreams. Escalate as necessary
  • Technology: Salesforce Service Cloud
INDUSTY EXP: Yes, this is a communication client and understanding capabilities needed to support all of the client's product lines will be critical for this role MUST HAVE:
  • 3-5 years of Salesforce experience and/or Salesforce-certified: Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant
  • 2-3 years of solution architecture and design experience of Salesforce Service Cloud applications
  • 1-2 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, VisualForce, Mulesoft, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience managing solution design while working in a team setting
NICE TO HAVE:
  • Salesforce-certified: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, B2C Architect, Platform App Builder
  • 1-2 years of experience developing Call/Contact Center applications for a Communications industry client
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce with Pega, IVR/CTI for phone and chat/chatbot
