Position: SAP BRIM Quality Analyst (Testing)
Location: East Coast ( Remote/ hybrid)Duration: Long TermKey Responsibilities: Understand and apprehend existing Scope of the testing. Great Analytical skills: The ability to analyze requirements, design/update test cases, and interpret test results is vital for this role. Self-learn the system by using the scripts, SOP and any other support before relying on the Product owner and development team. Potentially update/rewrite test cases for the SAP S/4HANA system Problem-solving skills: The ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently is essential. Test the system End to End with integration to the other applications, which apply some knowledge or open mind on platform as - but not limited - to Salesforce, Azure Synapse Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail is necessary to identify and document defects and ensure that all test cases are executed. Document all the testing steps with outcome for audit purpose. Ensure that the system meets quality standards and complies with audit requirement for sign off. Document the defect with screen shots before and after the testing. Document carefully the testing so at the end, the Business lead can validate the testing and sign off Ensure System performance is up to Business needs by submitting as many as possible stress factors to the application. Identify opportunities to improve the testing process and make recommendations for changes. Great communication to report status to different teams: test lead, Product owners, Leadership. Great intergroup relationship as each tester could come from different partners. Ability to work in a team: The candidate should be able to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve the project goals. Flexibility: The candidate should be open to learning new skills and adapting to changing requirements, as well as working under tight deadlines. The qualifications and skills required for a SAP tester role may include: Experience with SAP testing methodologies, including knowledge of SAP modules - BRIM specifically - business processes, and workflows. Strong knowledge of Azure Dev Ops testing module. Strong understanding of software testing principles and practices, including experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems. Excellent communication, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies such as Agile Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Certification in SAP S4 Hana BRIM is a plus.
