Role Description:

Contract Type: Independent contractor.

Work Scope: Visit assigned members to conduct regular health assessments.

Location: After an initial orientation in our Lilburn office, coordinate and schedule your assessments from the comfort of your home. All assessments must be completed face to face in the clients home.

Requirements:

Currently active RN or LPN license.

Complete an application and initial orientation in our Lilburn office.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage schedules independently.
