They must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.Responsibilities

Media Accounts Payable

Work with internal stakeholders to identify AP transactions that are eligible for payment and send payment requests to treasury department

Liaise with media team to manage communications regarding vendor payments

Manage external media payments to vendor from inception to payment

Manage communication with high profile vendors on the status of payment

Liaise with agency stakeholders when necessary to track/close related receivables to process payable

Send updates to upper management, including C-level, of high-profile vendor payment status

Media Accounts Receivable

Work with stakeholders to ensure invoices are being processed in a timely manner at intercompany partners

Work with billing and media teams to resolve billing discrepancies raised by agency intercompany stakeholders

Follow up with stakeholders on intercompany payments to close out open items

Identify and escalate potential financial risks to management

Qualifications

1+ years of relevant business experience (preferably within a media agency or media vendor)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and prioritize projects

Good Excel skills, including pivots, concatenate/XLOOKUP, etc. is essential

Proficiency in Word and Outlook
