Good domain knowledge and experience in Life and Health Insurance, LOMA certification will be an added advantage. Experienced in Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.Technical Skills: 15 years experience in Wynsure functional modules Overall Insurance experience to be around 18 years Working closely with customer Business Executives and understanding requirements Knowledge of Tools such as Agility, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence Ability to perform Impact Analysis of required additional functionalities on existing Wynsure modules The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions Process Skills: Partner with stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial and executive teams. Evaluate and update internal and external documentation, business processes, anticipating requirements. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings, provide training, coaching and guidance to juniors. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements by prioritizing initiative based on business needs and requirements. Ability to achieve goals and objectives on time.
