Kforce has a client that is seeking a fully remote Senior Delivery Manager to join their team.Overview:The Senior Delivery Manager will be managing multiple work streams at once but will primarily be focused on supply chain hardening. This is a massive initiative of constant upgrades to the applications. The team is covered in the area of budget/resource allocation, but long term, the PM's do have a hand in finances and drive SPP planning. The biggest key for this person is understanding agile methodology, strong communication, and drive assertiveness across the teams to complete delivery (not afraid to be hands on and escalate things). The team does 2 week sprints, uses Jira Align, Smartsheets and various other tools. That said, they are not stuck on any certain tool, are more focused on problem solving and communication.
Experience to work on refinement, and prioritization of capabilities/requirements with product managers and engineering
Ability to understand or design project workflow strategy to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams
Ability to build a project roadmap and or a project plan to identify, and drive resolution of project risks and issues
Ability to work through testing cycles with Quality Assurance Team
Ability to support and create plans for Pilots/Implementation to push code to customers
Change Management: Strategy, Organization, Measure, Improve, Motivate, Teamwork
Effective and Collaborative Communication: Ability to manage activities across internal and external teams this also would include vendor management
Working knowledge of the following:
Jira and Jira Align
Smartsheet
Confluence
ServiceNow
Experience that is a plus:
Supply chain experience
Retail experience
