We continue to courageously forge new paths as we move toward a common goal of elevating science and service for rare patients.Position Summary:The Senior Human Resources (HR) Specialist is responsible for a wide variety of HR responsibilities with a particular focus on Talent Acquisition, ensuring exceptional end user experiences for hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates alike. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition, the Senior HR Specialist will own HR contract management and execution, meeting scheduling and event planning as needed. This individual may also provide support on projects unrelated to Talent Acquisition as the business requires.Responsibilities:Candidate Experience:Functional lead for Candidate Experience at Travere, owning experience from start to finish and acting as primary candidate liaison through full recruitment lifecycle at TravereLeads measurement of candidate experience with quantifiable and qualitative feedback that translates into actionable insight for Talent Acquisition team.Contract Management:Owner and lead for HR contract requests, administering through Contract Management system (Agiloft) and liaising with appropriate internal and external stakeholders for approvalsPartners with stakeholders in Legal and Finance to create efficiencies in contract management processInterview Coordination:Oversees all interview coordination in support of Travere's Flex Forward hybrid work environment, ensuring efficient, timely and compliant interview processesCreates tools and resources to support efficient interview schedulingSchedules and coordinates all in-person and virtual interviews for Travere across matrixed interview panels in multiple time zones,Investigates new technology or integrations to help automate schedulingCoordinates candidate travel arrangements as neededHR/Talent Acquisition Support:Independently enters and routes all requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (Workday)Posts requisitions internally and to external job boardsAdministers and monitors pre-screening background checks processesAttends TA team meetings, takes and distributes notes, follows up on action items as requiredRuns key Talent Acquisition reportsActs as back-up for onboarding coordinationWorks on special projects related to other HR activities as business needs demand.Education/Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources or related field or equivalent required.
