As part of a newly formed team you will play a key role in driving the growth of our outlet base - both in terms of the number of outlets and the productivity of the outlets. You will leverage data to deliver leading edge solutions to guide prospecting efforts and assortment decisions in the on-premise channel and begin to leverage these capabilities in other channels. This role will lead system wide efforts to drive the growth of our NAOU outlet base leveraging data to deliver leading edge solutions to guide Go to Market initiatives in the FSOP & Small Outlet Channels across the North American Bottler landscape. You will build strong collaborative relationship across the System to ensure Route To Market solutions capture expected results and the North America OU imports and exports best practices across the globe.What You’ll Do For Us

Engage a broader cross-functional team to build and develop capabilities that support growing our outlet base through successful prospecting and outlet retention and maximizing the sales per outlet through optimizing the assortment sold and space allocated to beverages within the outlet.

Identify, size and prioritize the growth opportunities from outlet growth across all channels and work collaboratively with stakeholder to develop a roadmap to capture.

Develop business cases as needed to secure resources to execute roadmap

Build the tools and capabilities required to execute the outlet growth roadmap leveraging best practice from the System. Partner with franchise leadership to ensure adoption by bottling partners

Track results vs. plan to drive continual improvement of tools, capabilities and results

Maintain and continually enhance the outlet prospecting toolset to allow bottlers to prioritize efforts against the highest value on-premise outlets

Program/Project Leadership – leading and managing project creation, planning, deliverables and cross functional teammates (example IT, Data Science, Sales, Channel Teams)

Analytical & communication skills, able to influence others to act and invest in capabilities with compelling business cases

Discover gaps and forward-looking solutions that enable bottlers and TCCC to differentiate our delivery of FSOP & Small Outlet bundle of goods & services

Discover, pilot, and commercialize new FSOP & Small Outlet go to market solutions that increase outlet reach, revenue, and profit

Collaborate with US Bottlers, cross functional colleagues (Channel Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Freestyle, Settlement, Cold Drink Equipment, IT, Digital teams, CCBSS, Decision Science, CONA etc.), and Suppliers to deliver high quality solutions and project outputs.

Qualifications & Requirements

7-10 years CPG experience, ideally with experience in Foodservice and On-Premise Channels

Ability to translate strategy into action, leveraging knowledge of current business process & practices and evolving technology & data to develop tools and solutions that drive winning results in the marketplace

Demonstrated track record of capability development that has led to improved business results
