The Supply Chain evolves to reflect an Asset Right strategic management organization, the Supply Chain Transformation organization will continue to oversee activities and efforts to support that transition. The Senior Integration Manager will lead transformational efforts underway within the North America Operating Unit Supply Chain including the integration of new businesses and partners and the successful execution of special projects across the NAOU supply chain function. This leader will provide oversight and influence key cross-functional stakeholders both internal and external to the organization to meet the Supply Chain objectives. This leader will lead the execution of these tran sformation initiatives by utilizing project management methodology along with process improvement principles and practices to drive cost savings and operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities:

Lead s supply chain integration initiatives and special programs from project initiation through execution and implementation

Secur es and manag es cross-functional resources (internal and external) throughou t the planning and execution of the project

Develop s and execut es project plans and timelines to ensure successful delivery (on -time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria)

Leverages s trong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively tailor approach and message to reach audience at all or ganizational levels

Execute project close-outs and post project reviews

Influences and leads change management across the organizatio n as new transformational initiatives are executed

Participat es in the identification, development, and implementation of process improvements for integration and Integration Program Management processes and tools.

Provides ongoing subject matter expertise, leadership and coaching to cross - functional partners and leaders to ensure that the impact of busines s decisions is widely understood and accounted

Implement process improvement initiatives (e.g., supplier or customer business processes and practices) to benefit key stakeholders and suppliers or customers by directing supply chain activities, involving external partners, functional peers, and/or cross-functional teams.

Experience/Skills:

Must demonstrate end-to-end business process thinking and possess knowled ge of present or “as is” processes and ability to lead improvement s that will constitute a desired “future state”.

Deep knowledge of process definition, flow charting and process management techniques.

Must possess the ability to establish and define processes, interrelationships, key controls and continuously monitor and improve processes to faci litate the efficienty and effective execution of business activities.

Knowledge of elements that make up the supply chain and the interrelationship between these elements. Ability to manage and execute strategies across the supply chain to reduce costs and gain efficiencies in the completion of a quality finished good. Ability to analyze, balance, synchronizes and synergizes all internal and external resources and assets to ensure the progress and ultimate completion of a finished good.

Knowledge of program management techniques and practices to drive execution of multifaceted integration projects.

Contingency Planning : Knowledge of information used to establish contingency plans for supply chain processes (e.g., cost, risk level, manufacturing and third-party capabilities). Ability to develop contingency plans that meet performance requirements

Relationship Management (Suppliers, Contractors, Bottlers, Partners): Knowledge of third party supplier/contractor corporate cultures and core competencies. Ability to influence third party supplier/contractor relationship to benefit KO. Knowledge of Partner culture and business priorities. Ability to influence Partner relationship with KO.

Customer Focus : Making customers (external and internal) and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships; creating and executing plans and solutions in collaboration with the customer.

Determining Financial Impact : Understanding the financial consequences of decisions; understanding economic value for the system; acting as an owner of the business and making decisions that ensure long-term value

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Required , Preferred Master’s Degree

Related Work Experience : At least 5 to 7 years o f work experience in Supply Chain Operations , Project Management, or relevant related field.
