- 5+ years Hands-on LoadRunner/Performance Center scripting, executing and analyzing tests
- 5 years of experience in End-2-End Performance Engineering Testing
- Proficient in analyzing performance test results and working with technical teams to resolve bottlenecks
- Developed approach to solving testing problems at various stages
- Knowledge of profiling tools to identify server, JVMs, mainframes, memory, storage, DB and network bottlenecks.
- Knowledge of Dynatrace and Sumologic is a plus
- Comfortable with various frameworks for developing how the testing tools would be used (selenium, smartbear, etc.)
- Comfortable with the newer testing approaches around API and microservice based architectures
- Capable of being a test lead (reporting to test architect) to hands-on training and implement Performance test solutions, like Neoload, Loadrunner, Jmeter
- Nice if someone has exposure to other devops areas (Jenkins, Azure Devops, etc.)
