RESPNSIBILITIES:

Managing delivery for the development, enhancement, and support of this company's flagship business and consumer facing products.
Work with release trains and cross functional teams
Manage backlog and coordainte releases

The right person for this role has a passion for Agile and a strong background with Scaled Agile principles. We are looking for a servant leader who encourages open communication and leads by influence. This is a direct hire in Atlanta. Everyone is currently remote but you will ultimately come into a world class office space at the Perimeter at least once a week. REQUIRED SKILLS:

5+ years of professional experience in an enterprise level Agile environment (SAFe preferred)
Experience as an RTE, Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Agile Program Manager
Experience managing multiple delivery teams in support of one initiative
Strong interpersonal skills - able to balance being a servant leader with being a driver as necessary
Bachelor's Degree
Must be fully vaccinated

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Rally
Any Agile certifications (SAFe Agilist (SA), CSM, CSPO
PMP Certification
