Senior Salesforce AdministratorGreat opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join a dynamic team that supports an enterprise organization and work on highly visible projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and customizing SFDC sales and service clouds.

Responsibilities:
  • Translating user/business needs into technical solutions, using either SDLC/Scrum methodology
  • Excellent analytical/communication/documentation/problem-solving skills
  • Excellent team player with a positive can-do attitude and able to work in a self-driven environment
  • Provide after-hours support as and when needed
This is a 12+ month auto-renew contract position.You will be in a hybrid environment 2 days a week in office and 3 days remote.This is a great opportunity to work within an enterprise environment, flexible work hours, and great work life balance. REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • At least 5+ years’ experience managing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce sales and service clouds
  • Exprience integrating
  • Experience using Force.com, Visualforce, and/or Apex
  • Light experience coding with Java, Javascript and/or other web technologies
  • Customizing standard objects, creating custom objects, triggers, rules etc.
  • Developer Console and writing SOQL/SOSL queries
  • Release/Change management, using multiple sandboxes and change sets
  • Experience with AppExchange and customizing 3rd party add-ons and managed packages required
  • Experience with data integrity, data quality, data migration and data maintenance
  • Experience managing SFDC essential functions
  • User/role/profile/sharing rules including SSO, 2-factor, certificate, API gateway management
  • Custom workflow, email templates, process builder, reports, dashboard etc. management
  • Data loader for importing/export purposes to/from other external systems
  • Experience with integrating SFDC with on premise and cloud applications
  • Lead activities to address integration requirements of SFDC with legacy, on premise and/or cloud application
  • Willing to be on call - 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off of being on call for the salesforce application

PREFERRED:
  • Salesforce administration certification
  • Salesforce and CTI/telephony integration in a call center preferred
