Manage strategy projects: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive actions, bring strategy to life and deliver results.

Provide necessary technical program leadership driving Digital Twin features including but not limited to:

Simulation Engineering

Digital Twin

Influence and communicate: Lead executive-level communication and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead cross-functional teams to drive implementation of strategic projects: from defining plans, monitoring progress, tracking key metrics, and removing roadblock to delivering results.

Represent your team in learning and growth pillar for Chief Technology Officer (CTO) organization.

Drive content creation with learning and development team for our organization.

Drive brainstorming sessions for various technical teams in the organization.

Manage team’s work in Azure Dev Ops.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmento OR equivalent experience.

2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, Azure Dev Ops.

3+ years of experience in being a program manager.

1+ year experience in working with hardware engineering teams, software engineering teams and data science teams.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: 

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years’ experience with industry program and project management skills

4+ years’ experience working with collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams etc.)

4+ years’ experience with reporting and data analysis systems & platforms (e.g., PowerBI)

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
